Terms of service

The service

For a flat monthly fee, Retainer designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a website for your firm, handles update requests, and redesigns the site every 36 months.

Billing

Billing is monthly, in advance, starting when you sign up. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and the site stays live until the end of the paid month.

Ownership

Your content, images, logo, and domain are yours. The design, code, and hosting are part of the service. If you leave, we will export your content and help you move.

Updates

Update requests are included and handled in the order received, usually within a few business days. A full redesign outside the scheduled cycle is not included.

Acceptable use

We will not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
